Westmoreland #23 Vase Mould. This mould was purchased directly from Pairpoint Glass company at its mould auction in 2003(?). Pairpoint purchased the mould from Westmoreland at its closing in 1985 and I have the receipt to shows the purchase. This mould dates back to the 1900s and is a blow mould. Fostoria collectors sometimes get confused about this vase and similar vases that Westmoreland made.
