1940 Lamp with Hand-Painted Yellow Rose

Historical Context

These 1940 lamps were assembled at Westmoreland with the base being made by Westmoreland. The shade was purchased from Beaumont Glass and decorated by the artists at Westmoreland. The shades were still available after Westmoreland closed you may find a shade which was decorated after the factory closed. Those later painted shades were done by decorator Louise Plues.
