This atomizer perfume is believed to have been made by Westmoreland due to the fact that the window pane decoration is the same as the design patent awarded to Charles West in 1922. See Patent gallery. Also, the rotted gold has been found on a number of Westmoreland identified blanks. This perfume was made for the Devilbiss Company of Toledo, Ohio which made and installed the sprayer on the perfume. Photograph courtesy of Greg A. Jennings.
