Princess Feather Chandelier in clear.  The chandelier features a Princess Feather bowl with an Indiana Glass Company Sandwich goblet for the stem.  The set was probably put together by a third-party lamp company that bought the glass from Westmoreland and Indiana Glass.  Circa 1940s.
