The Indiana Glass Company, Indiana, PA, produced an almost identical creamer and sugar as part of its 257 line that rivaled Westmoreland's 1211 Octagon Creamer and Sugar. The best way to distinguish the difference in the two company's creamer and sugar is by known decorations. As for other items in the Westmoreland 1211 line and Indiana's 257 line you will need to identify the piece by decoration and blank. The red tulip decoration found in this photograph is a known Indiana Glass Company decoration.
