This is the Squirrel on Acorn Covered Dish in Blue Opal, circa 1890-1900.  This piece has been attributed to both Westmoreland and Vallerysthall with the majority of experts believing Westmoreland as the manufacturer.  Westmoreland borrowed from a number of Vallerystahl patterns so this may be the case.
